At Partners in Aging, we believe that growing older shouldn’t mean giving up independence. Our mission is to empower older adults to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes, with the resources and care they need to thrive. We’re here to support you or your loved one—offering compassionate guidance, practical assistance, and a community of care every step of the way.
We fill critical gaps in community services offering transportation and quality of life programs designed to help older adults stay meaningfully connected to the people, activities, and support systems that foster belonging, purpose, and community.
Strong partnerships are central to our work—with our clients, family caregivers, the communities in which we serve and other agencies that serve the growing population of older adults in Southeast Lake County.
Service Area:
Moraine, Shields, Vernon and West Deerfield Townships.
