Faith in Action offers three, non-emergency transportation services for medical appointments and essential errands at no cost to qualified seniors. We have been serving communities throughout Southeast Lake County since 2004 with a proven track record for reliability, safety and comfort. Quality of Life Appointments (Beauty Parlor, Social Event)
Our Escorted Volunteer Service is limited to mobility-challenged adults who should not travel away from home independently because a higher level of guidance and supervision is needed to ensure their safety. This service is available by appointment only and we request five days notice.
Our GoGo Service (a partnership with Uber and Lyft) is for older adults who do not need hands-on support and are able to travel independently when leaving their home. This service is available by appointment only and we request three days notice. However, we are occasionally able to accommodate shorter notice at the discretion of the Executive Director.
